Meet Our Team

Dan Taylor
Chef/Owner Dan Taylor has over 40 years of restaurant and kitchen
experience having worked with and learning from world renowned Chefs in a number of restaurants and hotels.
Dan worked his way up from a dishwashing and prep position, holding various kitchen titles until arriving at his present position as Executive Chef/Owner of IPC.
He prides himself on his ability to make outstanding soups and sauces and finds it hard to keep up with the sales demand for his many varieties of soup!
Taking a hands on approach, Dan spends most of his time in the back of house running the daily operations in the kitchen.

Carrie Taylor
Manager/Owner Carrie Taylor brings a wealth of experience to her role, also having worked in a variety of hotels and restaurants.
In fact, it was at the Regina Inn that she and Dan first met and began dating many years ago!
She has a real gift for serving tables and interacting with customers and has a knack for remembering their
names and food preferences as well.

Marisa Taylor
Assistant Manager Marisa Taylor (Dan and Carrie’s daughter) brings a welcoming smile and bubbly personality to her role with over 14 years of restaurant experience!
Starting at Silvers Restaurant, she paid close attention to the daily operations of the restaurant and quickly became an expo person with a keen eye.
She wasn’t about to let a meal be served if it wasn’t presented properly! It wasn’t long before she started serving tables on her own, and once she started, there was no stopping her!

Riley Taylor
Dan and Carrie’s son Riley deserves an honorable mention as he was the original line
cook when we opened in 2014!
Riley helped with renovations and cleaning and then
worked for a number of years in the kitchen before he moved on to other
opportunities.

Koilash Chakma
Holding Diplomas in Hotel/Restaurant Management as well as Culinary Arts (City & Guilds, London), Koilash began his culinary journey at the Radisson Water Garden Hotel, a 5-star property in Bangladesh.
Specializing in menu development and planning, he spent nearly a decade with Royal Catering Services (Abu Dhabi) delivering world-class dining experiences to corporate clients, large-scale events, weddings, institutions, and healthcare facilities.
In 2019, he continued his culinary journey in Canada, working in restaurants as well as the healthcare industry in Regina. On June 9th, 2022 we welcomed Koilash to our IPC team, and we couldn’t be happier as he quickly became an integral part of our ongoing success!
