For the last 2 years Chef Dan has really made an impact in the catering scheme of things.  Catering in our local area has increased tremendously and because of that, we have stolen a real slice of the city’s catering business.  Regina Police Services, PCL, Enbridge, City of Regina, SGI,  to name a few.   Full hot or cold lunches brought right to your door.  We don’t stop there.  Carrie and the staff have been asked to cater barbeques, private events and wedding receptions.  At IPC, although we are thrilled to be a part of the local area, our services don’t stop there.  We love to entertain in-house, but we also look forward to bringing our show to you.  With more than 20 years experience, Dan has developed a long list of delicious menu creations, far too many to list on one page, so if you don’t see what you have your heart set on, don’t count us out, for your own sake, ask Dan about it.  More than likely, he can accommodate!!

So, we start with our Signature Buffet at $14.45 per person(plus taxes) which includes a Salad Bar, 1 Vegetable, 1 Starch or Potato and 2 Proteins, a Dainty tray of fresh desserts and puddings.  From there, you can mix and match whatever combinations you would like to make your event the best dining experience money can buy!  If you add a carved item with gravy and sauces, just ask us, and we’ll work out the best options for you.
